Needed Women’s Multi includes 23 vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants including: 150mcg divided between two active forms of B12 for energy, 2,000IU of Vitamin D3 for a healthy immune response and mood, 200mcg of Selenium for thyroid health, and overall nutrient support for hair, skin, and nail health*.

What’s not in our Women’s Multi is as important as what is. You won’t find: unnecessary fillers, poor nutrient forms like Folic Acid, unsustainably-sourced ingredients (like Vegan D3), high heavy metal loads, and nutrients better taken separately including Omega-3 and Iron.

Biotin: 25 mcg

Biotin is a B vitamin that helps turn the carbohydrates, fats, and proteins in the food you eat into energy.
