Meet your coach, Dr. Turner

Hi, I’m Dr. Turner.

I’m a Health Optimization Specialist, Integrative Medicine physician, and CEO of a national concierge wellness practice. I’ve been blessed to train at Stanford University, Harvard Medical School, and the Mayo Clinic—and I’ve dedicated my career to helping men reach their highest potential in health, performance, and vitality.

My work focuses on personalized, integrated health optimization—combining nutrition, supplementation, fitness, and men’s health strategies tailored to your unique needs. Along the way, I’ve published research, spoken at national conferences, hosted the Manna podcast, and grown a large audience on Substack. But credentials only matter if they lead to results—and I believe in living out the very principles I teach.

For me, health is not just a profession—it’s a calling. I love Jesus, and I believe that honoring Him means caring for the body, mind, and spirit He’s given us. That’s why I practice what I preach. At age 37—without ever having run track or cross-country, and weighing 208 pounds—I pushed myself to run a 6-minute mile. A year later--to prove to myself it wasn't a fluke-- I ran a 5:37. At age 40, I returned to my college weight. At 46, I took—and passed—the Navy SEALs fitness test, posting a competitive score.

I did all of this while navigating a divorce, raising three teenagers as a single dad at times, working full-time, and building my own successful national practice from the ground up. My secret? The grace of God and the consistent, disciplined application of the same mental and physical wellness principles I’m ready to share with you.
